You’ll have full access to the apartment, along with the building’s shared amenities:

Please treat both the apartment and shared facilities with care and respect throughout your stay.

Other things to note
- After booking confirmation, you will need to go through our additional verification.
- I will provide a set of complimentary fresh linens, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) in the bathroom.
- If you need a crib, please request it in advance. There is an additional charge of 15 AED per night, which is not included in the price.
- Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs 140 AED per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
- Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
- Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty 2500 AED
