Lovely and welcoming staff at the reception. The building is exceptionally well maintained, with clean and well-kept common areas. The kids' play area and outdoor amenities are excellent, making it a great place for families. The gym is fully equipped with everything you need, and the swimming pool offers stunning views of the Burj Khalifa, creating a fantastic atmosphere to relax and unwind. Overall, it's a wonderful place to live.

2/5 for this building. Unfortunately there is a constant smell of sewage in and around the building and it gets stronger in the morning and around 10 PM at night.
