The cleanest building is Shams 4, and well maintained. Gym is right in front of the door, al maya supermarket right there, and 2 seconds to the beach. Perfect for family with kids as well as bachelors.

JBR Shams is one of 44 buildings within the JBR complex. It sits directly on the beach and is surrounded by amazing facilities such as restaurants, beach clubs, shops, kiosks, cafes plus much more. The building has its own gym and pools for residents. Our apartment has 3 bedrooms, faces the sea and spans almost 2000 sq ft. Transport links are fantastic since the opening of the tram however traffic can be a bit of a nuisance on weekends and public holidays. Overall though a great place to live and relax. Feels like a permanent holiday,
