My 1085 sqft Green Lakes S1 apartment has high ceilings and great views of Dubai Marina. It's bigger than most 1 bedrooms you can find - just the right size. Access to the Metro (right beside Sobha Metro and Marina Tram lines) is super convenient. Airconditioning of the common areas and the apartment is strong even on Summers. Facilities are well maintained. Security and Building Management are friendly and responsive.

Green Lakes S1 in JLT is a real gem. The facilities here are great, the gym is kitted out with the latest equipment, making it a fitness enthusiast's dream. The building has an unbeatable location next to the metro station and across from Dubai Marina, coupled with good amenities and upkeep, make it one of the best choices in the area. The apartment sizes are bigger than the average for the area as well. Convenient location, with metro access and established community. Not much of issues that you may face in other communities.

Only Residential Cluster in JLT. Metro station is a stone throw away with Tram connection. 10 minute walk across the bridge to Marina, 20 min walk to the beach in JBR.

It’s well maintained and I would say one of the best buildings in JLT. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the community is great. No noise or smell disturbance from other apartments.
