Terms and Conditions:
•The rates includes the 10% Service charge,7 % Municipality Fees & 5% VAT but only the Tourism Dirhams fee of AED 300 is additional (Tourism fee is applicable only on the first continuous 30-night stay).
• Hotel reserves the right to change the rates at any time subject to room availability.
• Rates are quoted on a room basis only basis.
• Two times (2x) a week Housekeeping Services.

Payment Terms and Conditions:
• Requires Cash Deposit of AED 2,000 upon check-in and refundable upon check-out.
• Any damages incurred/loss in the apartments shall be deducted from the Deposit.

Facilities:

• Tea/coffee-making facilities in the room.
• Fully equipped kitchen including electric kettle, toaster, cooking range, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine.
Long-Stay Housekeeping Service Policy:
• Housekeeping Service: Provided twice in a week
• Linen Change: Provided once in a week
• Dental kit, shaving kit & Slipper: Provided on the Day of arrival only as a welcome kit.
• Water Bottle: One bottle of water will be provided on each scheduled housekeeping service day only.
• Shower Gel, Body lotion, Conditioner and handwash Dispenser: Will be refilled once in a month only.
• Steam Iron and Ironing Board (upon request)
• Access to Gym & Swimming pool.
• Free Parking space available.
• Additional required housekeeping service at AED 30 each time.
