•The Monthly rates excludes the 10% Service charge,7 % Municipality Fees & 5% VAT and also the Tourism Dirhams fee of AED 300 is additional (Tourism fee is applicable only on the first continuous 30-night stay).
• The hotel reserves the right to change the rates at any time subject to room availability.
• Rates are quoted on a room basis only basis.
• Two times (2x) a week Housekeeping Services & one time linen change

Payment Terms and Conditions:

• Requires full payment for 30 Nights in advance upon check-in for Monthly booking & payment can be monthly basis for 1 Year Booking
• Requires Cash Deposit of AED 2,000 upon check-in and refundable upon check-out.
• Any damages incurred/loss inside the apartment shall be deducted from the Deposit.
