The Al Dar tower is well placed for access to the Dubai Marina and JBR. Relatively easy to drive to and from the building. Good views on both sides - Marina and Beach. The quality of the building is like other Dubai buidlings - fairly average. The interior is missing some finishing touches (eg. standard kitchen whitegoods are oversized for the space provided).
