Definitely not for families especially with kids. Some apartments are managed by real estate company. Looks like many apartments are shared or even hostels. Lived there for a couple of years, feels like you live in a 3 star hotel, strange people are moving in and out.

Nice ambience, easy access for taxi or limousine, wide selection of restaurants. A great place to go for a walk and a coffee.
