Here's a review that pulls it all together: Living in Arabian Ranches 3 has been great. The area is really well connected, so getting in and out is easy whether you're heading into the city or just running errands. Having the souk right here is a big plus, plus all the coffee shops and little shops dotted around mean you rarely have to go far for anything. The central park is a real highlight. I love going for a run there in the mornings, it's a proper green space and a nice way to start the day. There are loads of amenities in general, and they're all well maintained. The pool is lovely and the gym is genuinely good, not just a couple of machines shoved in a room. Overall it's a really comfortable, well thought out community. Everything you need is close by and there's a nice balance of convenience and space. Would recommend it to anyone looking in the area.
