4 bedroom Apartments for rent in Al Marasy

We stayed 2 years in building 2 Marasy and all 2 years were fighting because of the noise. First year it was noise from the AC exhaust which maintenance team were struggling to fix for more than 6 months. And all two years we were fighting with jetskies noise. It is extremely loud and no matter how many times you call and complain to Coast Guard, no action has been taken to stop it. The noise level is so high that gives you impression that you live on the high way. We loved the apartment but life quality there is not good due to noise and parking issues.

Very nice place to live with car free grounds and landscaped areas.Views over Al Bateen Marina and good selection of F&B on site. Development work at adjoining expansion is troublesome at times especially in evenings trying to access our development.Overall good place to live, child friendly and safe

Marasy is the best area for living and i like the architectura of the building.the place is very nice and without noise have a very fresh area with the green.
