It's like its own little bubble because although it's on the outskirts of the city, it has literally everything: a private beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and playgrounds, so you can feel the lively atmosphere. Some of the biggest perks here are the sea-view apartments and the proximity to Yas Island, which means you're only 10 - 15 minutes away from the best events and attractions in Abu Dhabi. Its remote location is the only downside, since you need at least 30 minutes to get to the city center and you definitely need a car to live here.

Likes: Kitchen and bathroom Finishings are very good. The unit is a Very airy open concept. Dislike: Air conditioning and hot water needs improved standards. Very cold uncontrollable temperatures from AC. Signs of mold in ducting. Water takes too too long to get hot and is not very hot.
