Al Khail heights used to be a nice community but now, too many bed space, young single men and staff accommodations, multiple in one room in the buildings. not for family and young professionals.

We're in Al Khail Heights, and it's much calmer than people expect from Al Quoz. Kids play outside, the pools are kept clean, and security actually calls before letting anyone up. We're 15 minutes from almost everything in Dubai.

It is a somewhat industrial area with heavy traffic during rush hours. It is also not very family-friendly, and the noise level can be quite high.
