Quiet Hours: As a courtesy to our neighbors, we kindly request that you keep noise levels down during late evening and early morning hours.

Environment: We encourage responsible energy usage. Please turn off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use to help conserve energy.

This brand new, super luxury, expertly interior designed and spacious 4 bedroom upgraded apartment with panoramic sea views, can sleep up to 9 people. It is located in the wonderful 5* Oceana Residences Resort which boasts a lazy river, an infinity pool, a beautiful private beach, a kids pool and play area, a state of the art gym, and several restaurants onsite. This apartment is located in the Adriatic building which has the best sea views within the prestigious Oceana resort.

The space
The 3 primary bedrooms (2 king rooms and 1 twin room) benefit from beautiful en-suite bathrooms, wardrobes, sea views and the latest Samsung Smart TVs. There is a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, and also a single bed located in the utility area for guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, with a oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, washing machine, serving plates, oven plates and a lot more.

We provide for you all amenities including fresh towels, clean linen, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and others.
