Additionally, because of the tram, you will encounter a lot of traffic lights. This community has great restaurants across all cuisines. Weather gets windy during evening (non-summer months). Ample places for families to stroll, walk and enjoy. Lived here since a more than a year and absolutely loved it. Traffic can be a challenge during peak hours. Marina also offers great connectivity across tram, metro and bus.
