Hello everyone, let me start off by saying that I’m from NY and recently moved here. There is so much to this residential building that I don’t even know where to start. I’ve seen Many beautiful residential buildings however, the first day I walked in this building to see the apt I knew it was the one without haven’t even taken The elevator at that moment. When you walk into the building, it smells absolutely amazing, even being 12 feet away from the front door. The apt itself is big and spacious, high ceilings, and you feel like you have enough room for everything given that it’s square footage is generous. The views are absolutely magnificent, like nothing I’ve ever experienced. You’ll be overlooking the tranquil water of the Harbor when the sun sets, and experience the most beautiful cotton candy skies with the shadow of downtown views in its majesty. The gym and pool are top notch, with bbq area, outdoor gym, tennis, abs basketball courts. The infinity pool is magnificent, you’ll want to go in there everyday. Around the building you have every place possible to not leave the area, Pilates, hair/nail salons, barbershops, other gyms, grocery stores, and the best part of it all is the surrounding restaurants. Our favorite is Mondoux, it is one the best breakfast places in Dubai abd this one is next door. If you love Indian food, Gazeebo is next door to the building. As far as maintenance goes for the building, they’re the best I’ve experienced so far, if you need something done/fixed you’ll have someone at your door within 5 mins of calling. I hope this helps anyone who is looking to move to Creek Harbor. All the buildings around here seem perfect but The Grand is definitely my favorite.
