It has movement detection, night vision, and cloud recording capabilities for months. it is also connected to the mobile application and can be used for two-way communication (talking) and can be accessed from anywhere in the world and manually rotated and zoomed in.
The door lock is a smart lock that operates by physical key, Fingerprint, and pin code. it is also connected to the mobile application and sends a notification every time the door is opened or closed. the look can also be operated remotely from the phone if you need to give access to someone else. or the key can be temporarily shared (not physical) with anyone else.
The doorbell is upgraded to a "RING" doorbell which also has a camera and motion detection. it also records all activities on the cloud and can be viewed or controlled from the phone application. The bell also allows two-way communication (talking, and the owner can also see on the phone) from anywhere in the world. Every time someone rings the bell the owner gets a phone notification and can see to talk to the visitor.
The Air Conditioning controllers are upgraded to NEST (from google) controllers which are smart learning Thermostats that will learn users' habits and timings over time and suggest a better schedule to save energy and reduce bills. It is also connected to a mobile app and can be controlled from anywhere in the world. (eg. before coming back from vacation you can turn the AC on so the apartment is cool when you arrive.
The apartment also has a google "Nest Hub" smart speaker with a screen that can be used to connect to the Thermostats, TV, and Doorbell, lock and control them over voice command.
Furniture:
The whole apartment is fully furnished with high-end furniture. Bedrooms are furnished as follows:
1. Master bedroom _ for the owners with King size bed with side tables and hanging lighting, chest of drawers, coffee table with sofas, mirror, artwork
