About me
Aayush brings a technical foundation to real estate that few in the industry share. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Mumbai and a Master's in Construction Project Management from the University of Bath in the United Kingdom, and has worked across the design and construction sectors before making a pivotal move into brokerage. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, he has been surrounded by business and property opportunities from an early age, giving him a full understanding of the real estate cycle from the ground up: design, construction, and now brokerage.
As a Property Consultant at McCone Properties, Aayush advises clients across some of Dubai's most sought-after residential communities. His architectural background gives him a depth of understanding on every project he represents from build quality and layout efficiency to what genuinely holds value over time and he brings that lens into every conversation with landlords, tenants, and investors.
