About me
Ahlam has spent over a decade immersed in real estate, balancing international expertise with a profound understanding of Dubai’s luxury rental market. She amassed five years of experience in UAE's property space, followed by another five years dedicated to advisory services in international markets, with a focus on the British Commonwealth Countries and European countries. Operating in some of Dubai’s traditional strongholds, such as Emirates Living and Dubai Hills Estate, she has facilitated high-value lettings and continues to offer her services and counsel on deals in excess of AED 2 million.
Ahlam carved out a niche in a space that is often underserved: prime and super prime rentals. In her role as a Director with Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty, she takes pride in steering this unique segment forward, as part of a firm that remains singular in the city for having a dedicated department – and a team of specialists – solely focused on high-value rentals.
