Ahuti Chug, Founder and CEO of Nine Realty has nearly two decades of experience in real estate across Dubai, Africa, India and the U.K.
Trio Properties, was established in 2002 by Ahuti which was when freehold began in Dubai.
She later joined as the Executive Director of Brokerage at Skai Holdings Real Estate, the brokerage arm of Skai had an annual turnover of AED 2 billion (2013). Ahuti also managed client portfolios, Skai Holdings inventory in the FIVE Palm Jumeirah and FIVE Jumeirah Village, along with other in-house projects and tie-ups with leading developers and private portfolios of high-net-worth individuals.
Ahuti brings vast experience and connections to her new venture, Nine Realty, a Dubai-based boutique company offering a bespoke service to their clients.
