Jumeirah Village Circle

The building sits right in the heart of JVC, District 14. Three large parks within walking distance.

A low-rise building: only 5 floors and around 170 apartments. Quiet, no crowds, no queues for the lift.

The apartments are spacious, with views over the courtyard.

High-quality finishes:

Smart home system in every apartment
Kitchens by the Italian brand Scavolini with built-in appliances
Stone, oak, matte cabinetry, concealed lighting

On the ground floor - a large retail area: shops, cafes, everything you need right below your home.

The courtyard has two pools, a children's splash zone with fountains, a play area, a gym with floor-to-ceiling glazing and a BBQ area.

About the area. JVC is one of the most family-oriented communities in Dubai: low-rise development, over 30 parks, its own schools and nurseries. Nearby are JSS International School, Nord Anglia International School, Ladybird Early Learning Centre, Circle Mall, Spinneys and FIVE JVC.

The key point for the future: a station of the new Gold Line metro is being built in JVC - works started in 2026 and the line is planned to open by 2032. The Airport Express Line, connecting both Dubai airports, will also run through JVC. A community with its own metro station means a different level of liquidity and rental rates.

15 minutes to Dubai Marina, 20 minutes to Downtown and to Al Maktoum airport.
