About me
My name is Alois, and I’m the Founder and CEO of Amaya & Co Real Estate. My journey in real estate began at Betterhomes, where I started as a leasing agent and worked my way up to Senior Sales Consultant. Those early years taught me the importance of understanding clients’ needs and delivering exceptional service.
At Huspy, I took on leadership roles, starting as a Sales Manager and eventually becoming General Manager. Growing the brokerage from just 10 agents to a thriving team of over 130 was a rewarding experience that reinforced my belief in the power of collaboration and trust.
Before founding Amaya & Co, I served as Chief Sales Officer for a co-ownership platform in Dubai, which expanded my expertise in proptech and the evolving real estate market.
Becoming a father inspired me to create something meaningful. That’s how Amaya & Co was born, named after my daughter and grounded in the values of trust, integrity, transparency, and exceptional service.
