About me
With many years of experience in real estate and several years of running my own real estate company in Germany, I offer clients a broad and practical perspective on property transactions.
My background combines construction, business administration, real estate financing and real estate brokerage. I started my professional career with vocational training as a bricklayer, followed by a vocational qualification in Business Administration (Retail) and a specialisation in real estate financing.
This experience allows me to look beyond the property itself and consider the bigger picture — including property condition and potential, market value, valuation, negotiation, financing and the commercial aspects of a transaction. For buyers and investors, this means a more comprehensive basis for evaluating a property and making informed decisions. For owners, it means looking at the property from both a market and commercial perspective when preparing a sale or rental.
I support international clients, investors and property owners in Dubai with buying, selling, renting, leasing and real estate investments, with a particular focus on high-value and luxury residential properties.
