I am a real estate professional with close to two decades of experience across sales, investment, development and property technology. My career has spanned traditional residential transactions, structured investment sales and the building of PropTech platforms, giving me a commercial and operational understanding of property from every angle.
Based in Dubai, I operate within prime residential communities. I approach real estate strategically, analyzing data, trends, price per square foot, supply pipelines, buyer psychology and off plan positioning, rather than simply listing property. I have a strong belief in collaborating and relationships. My colleague, clients and partners benefit from a data driven, commercially focused approach backed by experience on both the sales and technology side of the industry.
I am also a Salesforce real estate partner and have built specific platform like the real estate MLS, centered around professional collaboration in real estate, infrastructure and smarter systems and processes for agents. Building technology and communities has given me a broader market perspective, which directly enhances how I advise buyers, sellers and fellow professionals.
At 38, I am intensely driven. I have a clear objective to achieve my set milestones by 44. I structure my time, energy and partnerships accordingly. I have what many would describe as an addictive personality, but I channel that into discipline, consistency and high standards. Training and physical performance are a core part of my life. I believe the habits built in the gym translate directly into business resilience, structure, repetition and constant progression.
I am also a father to two daughters, which is my greatest motivation. Everything I build is with them in mind. I want them to see discipline, leadership and execution first hand. My ambition is to ensure my eldest has the opportunity to compete at the highest level in women’s tennis and to create security and stability for my youngest so she can begin life from a position of strength.
That responsibility drives how I operate daily.
