Ayesha Kassim, a Property Consultant at Linda’s Real Estate with years of international experience across luxury hospitality, marketing, and high-fashion merchandising. Originally from India, she spent many years in Zimbabwe building her career in business development, marketing, and customer relationship management before relocating to Dubai. Prior to real estate, she progressed from Assistant Merchandiser to General Manager and Marketing Manager within the high-fashion export industry. She also co-founded and managed a luxury holiday homes business in Dubai, where she gained extensive expertise in Airbnb, short-term rentals, revenue optimisation, and premium guest experiences. Today, she specializes in helping families, first-time buyers, and investors find the right property, with a strong focus on off-plan developments, ready homes, and investment opportunities across Dubai. Outside of work, She enjoys reading, keeping up with Dubai’s ever-evolving property market, and spending quality time with my family.
