I am Bilal Shah, Founder and CEO of Bricklink Properties LLC, a Dubai-based real estate consultancy built around trust, innovation, market expertise, and long-term client relationships.
With more than 15 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate industry, I have built my career around understanding the market, identifying opportunities, and helping clients make informed property and investment decisions. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience across residential, luxury, commercial, and investment real estate, working with some of the UAE’s most recognized developers and property brands.
My vision for Bricklink Properties was simple to create a real estate company that puts clients first while combining professional expertise with a modern, transparent, and results-driven approach.
Since its establishment, Bricklink Properties has continued to grow by building strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, and industry professionals. Our approach is based on understanding each client’s individual objectives rather than simply offering properties. Whether the goal is to purchase a first home, acquire a luxury residence, build an investment portfolio, or identify high-potential opportunities in Dubai’s evolving market, our focus is to provide the right guidance at every stage.
I strongly believe that real estate is not simply about buying and selling properties. It is about understanding people, recognizing opportunities, managing decisions carefully, and creating value for the long term.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan.
