About me
I am an experienced real estate expert and investor specializing in the UAE market, living and working in the Emirates since 2013. As the Sales Director of MIO Real Estate and a representative of B M I REAL ESTATE – L.L.C – S.P.C, I combine over seven years of hands-on experience across all emirates with a solid international background gained in five countries, supported by three higher degrees and training at the Cranfield School of Management. My earlier leadership roles in TOP-10 global FMCG companies shaped my analytical and strategic approach to investments, which I now apply to helping clients build long-term, profitable real estate portfolios. While our company is new to the market, our team handles transactions of any complexity and is currently focused on the rapidly growing Abu Dhabi market. I identify the most promising opportunities and offer comprehensive portfolio and asset management tailored to each client’s goals. Looking ahead, we expect significant growth — targeting AED 50–60 million in secondary sales and around AED 100 million in primary sales by 2026 — while maintaining our core priority: exceptional service and client satisfaction. My clients come from a wide range of countries, including Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, the USA, Germany, and Switzerland.
