About me
Brendan Green is a Senior Property Specialist for Edwards and Towers. He specializes in the Jumeirah Park project with a sound knowledge of multiple Nakheel projects. Brendan has been a real estate professional for 30 years – dealing with high-end properties in London (Westminster, Chelsea, Canary Wharf and The Royal Docks) for 14 years and then Nakheel projects in Dubai for 16 years. Post the 2007 to 2009 Great Financial Crisis, Brendan was the sales manager at Motion Real Estate in Dubai where he assisted a high number of investors, with funds remaining in postponed projects, consolidate to alternative ongoing projects.
He was also successful in reclaiming funds from these postponed projects through a tailor-made credit note and consolidation process. Furthermore, he has sold a substantial amount of property in Dubai, receives a high level of repeat business, receives a substantial amount of recommendation work and has access to multiple ‘off market’ listings.
