Burcu Begde is a trilingual (English, Turkish, German) architectural and real estate executive with 24 years of international experience spanning construction, luxury development, and high-end property markets. UAE-based for over a decade, she has built an intimate command of the Dubai and Abu Dhabi landscape — including deep working knowledge of DLD regulations, RERA frameworks, off-plan transaction structures, and the emirate's evolving master-plan corridors.
Her career spans the full development lifecycle across some of the most demanding asset classes in the world — from directing design for globally recognised hospitality brands Rixos and Swissôtel, to delivering award-winning retail landmarks in Turkey, to pro bono advisory for Abu Dhabi's iconic BAPS Hindu Mandir. Her executive tenure at PIVOT Engineering (an Aldar Properties subsidiary) further sharpened her fluency in the corporate governance and commercial mechanics that underpin large-scale UAE real estate.
Today, Burcu channels that breadth of technical, regulatory, and strategic experience into her role at Bekko Properties, advising investors on identifying, evaluating, and securing high-value assets across Dubai and the wider UAE.
