About me
Chris Johnston began at university in Preston, where over three years he built a portfolio of 40 student accommodation properties (3–4 bed HMOs), operating across Preston and surrounding UK university markets. At 22 he floated his first company on the London Stock Exchange AIM market. He grew Your Space PLC from £3m to £150m, establishing himself across the UK, Ireland and wider Europe, including London, Manchester, Dublin and key European markets. Since relocating to Dubai in 2025 and joining TREO Homes, he has continued with a client-first, value-driven approach.
