About me
I am a British entrepreneur based in Dubai and the founder of DSQ Real Estate.
Since leaving school I have built and run companies across several sectors, including a food import and wholesale business in the United Kingdom. Property has been the constant. I bought my first property at twenty and have spent over twenty years in real estate since, first in the UK and then in Dubai, where I have been investing personally since 2019. I established DSQ Real Estate in Dubai in 2021 and DSQ International Ltd, my UK property investment company, alongside it.
That background shapes how I work. I look at property the way an investor looks at it, not the way a salesman does. Before I recommend anything, I want to understand the numbers, the risk, the exit, and whether the purchase actually makes sense for the person in front of me.
I advise clients on residential, commercial and off plan property across Dubai. Some are buying a home. Most are placing capital and want a clear view of what they are buying into, including the parts that are less comfortable to hear.
I will tell a client when a deal is worth doing. I will also tell them when it is not.
