About me
During the last 17 years I have acquired a wide ranging & comprehensive knowledge of the Dubai Property Market. I have continually developed my sales & negotiation skills & advanced my core competencies beyond effective. During the financial crisis I reacted quickly to take advantage of the international opportunities, I co-founded a UK based property company. I focused on the Sales & Marketing of North American homes w/ section 8 tenants to investors in search of high yield income generating portfolios. Then continued Dubai career as Project Director of Mada Residences, where I successfully created & firmly established a Devt. Advisory & Off Plan Project Mgmt. Dept. I reported directly to the CEO & Project Owner and achieved 500 + million AED sales. This role allowed me to evidence & demonstrate my broad-based skill set & experiences. I now continue my Dubai Real Estate journey as Sales Director of the Marina Plaza office & look forward to growing my team of professionals to 100 +.
