About me
I founded FS Real Estate Advisory after a decade of experience across real estate, investment advisory, business operations, and client relationship management — working with investors ranging from first-time buyers to multi-asset portfolio holders across the Gulf region.
The idea for FS emerged from a clear and persistent gap. I observed in the market: most real estate professionals are measured by transactions closed, not by the quality of advice given. Clients were being guided toward decisions that served the deal, not their long-term financial interests. I built FS Advisory to be the firm that I believes the market was missing.
I bring a practitioner's eye to every client engagement — combining on-the-ground market knowledge, rigorous investment analysis, and disciplined risk evaluation to help clients identify the right opportunities and avoid the wrong ones. My approach is shaped by three core convictions: that good advice must be honest even when inconvenient, that capital preservation is as important as capital growth, and that the best client relationships are built over years, not transactions.
Outside of client work, I am an active student of market cycles, global capital flows, and the evolving dynamics of Dubai's real estate landscape.
