His current mandate sees him working in partnership with Roly Ingleby-MacKenzie as part of a senior specialist team providing a joined-up service across Prime Central London and the UAE, with a particular focus on Abu Dhabi. Their strategic collaboration assists clients with the acquisition of residential assets between the UK and UAE markets, offering informed and trusted cross-border advice, supported by deep local knowledge, relentless drive and sincere character.
While operating in Prime Central London, Fehd specialised in the sale of properties in excess of £5 million across Mayfair, St James’s, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Connaught Village, Soho, and Covent Garden. He advised on several landmark transactions and achieved some of the highest values across many of London’s most affluent postcodes.
Fehd’s formative years saw him advise clients across Southwest London before transitioning into the PCL market in 2011, first joining boutique agency, Farleys South Kensington, and then in 2016 Strutt & Parker Chelsea. In 2021 Fehd moved to Savills Mayfair, where he quickly rose through the ranks to become Co-Head of the Mayfair Sales Team. He also advised a range of leading institutional and private clients, as well as other industry-leading developers.
