About me
My name is Giovanni Aguit. I am Filipino, but I was born and raised in Italy, where I lived and studied for most of my life.
I started my real estate career in Italy in 2016, gaining experience in residential properties, client advisory and negotiations. Over the years, I grew from being a real estate agent to becoming the owner of a **RE/MAX agency in Italy**, leading one of the top-performing offices in the Veneto region with a team of around 35 professionals.
At the peak of my career in Italy, I realized I wanted more. I wanted to grow further, challenge myself and enter a more international and dynamic market. That is why, in 2025, I decided to move to Dubai and continue my real estate journey here.
I brought with me the knowledge and experience I developed in Italy, together with the values that have always defined the way I work: elegance, professionalism, attention to detail and respect for others.
My background also gives me a strong understanding of properties beyond their market value. I know how homes are built, I pay attention to materials, finishes, layouts and design, and I believe these details make a real difference when choosing the right property.
