A true globetrotter, she has lived in Paris and London and holds a degree in real estate from Belgium, along with additional certifications in valuation, interior design, home staging, and digital marketing.
Gwen’s real estate journey in Dubai has been marked by rapid advancement at McCone Properties. She began as a Senior Sales Agent and quickly rose through the ranks, first becoming Downtown Area Manager with a focus on the secondary market, before transitioning to Off Plan Manager, where she successfully leads a team of investment specialists. Her dedication, performance, and leadership earned her the promotion to Associate Director.
In recognition of her achievements, she was awarded 2nd place Super Agent of the Year by Property Finder in 2024, a testament to her results-driven approach and client-first mindset.
