Jaya’s professional journey includes leading retail credit policy and underwriting functions at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, where she was responsible for developing mortgage and retail asset policies.
With over two decades of experience across banking and real estate sales in the UAE and international markets, Jaya had the opportunity to view the property sector from every critical angle — Sales, business development, financing, underwriting, portfolio performance, customer engagement, and asset recovery.
