Jaya Ratnani is from India and is the Managing Director/ Sales & Client Manager of Yellow Sapphire Real Estate.
Jaya has been part of the initial set up of the Dubai Properties group in 2004 to drive property sales for key projects such as JBR, Executive towers, Bay square, Culture village & The Villa.
Jaya’s professional journey includes leading retail credit policy and underwriting functions at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, where she was responsible for developing mortgage and retail asset policies.
With over two decades of experience across banking and real estate sales in the UAE and international markets, Jaya had the opportunity to view the property sector from every critical angle — Sales, business development, financing, underwriting, portfolio performance, customer engagement, and asset recovery.
Jaya has featured in some of the leading publications and channels - Gulf news, Khaleej Times , The National , Dubai Eye 103.8, Talk 100.3 & Aspire Magazine.
