About me
Born in 1984, Jovan Malivuk hails from Serbia. He pursued his education at the University of Novi Sad, obtaining a Master of Laws degree. With his legal expertise, he embarked on a career as a lawyer, representing some of the largest corporations in his home country. Jovan provided guidance and advice in various real estate transactions, including property auctions, land development investments, and residential and commercial real estate dealings. As his experience grew, he also ventured into the world of investing.
In 2014, Jovan decided to take a leap of faith and moved to Dubai to pursue a career in real estate. Starting from scratch, he began his journey as a real estate agent, specializing in renting and selling properties on the secondary market. However, his ambition and determination led him to explore new opportunities, and in 2016, he transitioned to the off-plan market.
