My job is to promote office rentals through advertisements, participating in multiple listing services or property portals, and dealing with agents and brokers as well as following up with the old leads.Specifically, when it comes to dealing with clients, I am expert at finding the right options for renting offices /residential base on their main requirements.Provide clients with assistance in visiting and inspecting commercial properties. Offer services and explain inclusions, and advise them on the appropriateness and value of the properties they are viewing. Prepare contracts, ejaris, receipts, cheques, and deeds. Interview clients to determine the types of properties/offices that suit them.
