About me
Kianoush was raised in Newcastle, UK and started his dream job in Real Estate in 2012 as a Business Development Manager for Countrywide (Bridgfords), which stands as the UK's largest Real Estate agency.
In this role he carried out market appraisals for new properties, valuations, surveying, negotiated sales, lettings, arranged mortgages, as well as trained his team to achieve and exceed their monthly targets. Within15 months of joining the company, Kianoush became one of the top performing Real Estate managers in the region.
In 2014 he moved to Dubai to continue doing Real Estate which is his main passion, after only 2 years, in 2016 and 2017 he became the top sales Agent of the year at Driven Properties and since then he has maintained his position to be one of the top 3 sales agents within the company with proven records and many satisfied clients.
He is currently specializing in Bvlgari Residences, City Walk, Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah and other luxury projects in Dubai.
