About me
Kim joined Knight Frank in 2020, initially supporting the Commercial Agency team. Her exposure to retail leasing and regular interaction with both established and emerging brands sparked a strong interest in lease acquisitions and disposals.
To further develop her expertise, she is currently pursuing a Master’s in Real Estate Management and Development at Heriot-Watt University.
During her time at Knight Frank, Kim has played a key role in supporting the Commercial Agency team, successfully representing both landlords and tenants from a wide range of international and local companies in various acquisition and disposal mandates across the industrial & logistics, office, and retail sectors.
While working on the exclusive leasing of community malls such as B1 Mall in Al Barsha and Peninsula Retail in Business Bay, she established strong relationships with major retail chains and helped secure spaces for them within these developments.
