About me
Margherita brings more than 10 years of UAE real estate experience to the Probima Centre team, with a background spanning both Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah and experience across off-plan, secondary-market sales and rentals.
After spending 10 years working in Dubai, Margherita relocated to Ras Al Khaimah four years ago, where she has developed strong knowledge of the local property market, particularly coastal, sea-view and beachfront properties. Throughout her career, she has worked with a diverse range of local and international clients, including investors and high-net-worth individuals, helping them identify opportunities suited to their individual objectives and lifestyle.
Margherita believes that successful real estate is not simply about selling or renting a property, but about understanding the person behind the decision. Naturally attentive and empathetic, she takes the time to listen to her clients and understand their priorities before advising them. Her approach is personal, honest and focused on building long-term relationships based on trust.
Her studies in Art & Architecture in Turin, Italy, also give her an appreciation for design and the potential of a space, adding another perspective when advising clients.
