Maxim is an intellectually agile senior commercial real estate advisor, possessing a ‘can-do’ philosophy with 11 years’ track record of delivering profitable business solutions within the highly competitive environment of the MEA region.
Maxim puts into practice his extensive knowledge and experience of the local real estate market whilst working upon various real estate transactions projects, RFPs and pitch presentations.
Maxim current day to day role involved introducing and mediating deals in industrial logistics, whilst providing professional market advice to a broad range of local and international companies. He was involved in numerous industrial and logistics assignments; assisting an array of national and international logisticians, light and heavy industrial producers, food and beverage producers, importers and distributors. Maxim is also a fully qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
