I’m a RERA-licensed property advisor and a Dubailand townhouse and villa specialist, helping owners sell and families and investors buy in Town Square, Mira Oasis and the wider Dubailand villa communities. I also advise on luxury villas, mansions and waterfront apartments on Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills and Palm Jebel Ali, plus homes in Wasl Gate.
Before Dubai, I spent 20 years in IT consulting, operations and residential property development across India, China, the US and Canada. I was a licensed builder-developer in Ontario and a real estate agent in Windsor for six years, and I have bought and sold my own homes in four countries. I understand construction quality, pricing and negotiation from the owner’s side of the table.
