Damac Islands

A corner unit with sea-facing terraces on both levels, in a community themed around private beaches and lagoons — this 5-bedroom townhouse in Bali, Damac Islands 1 (Phase 1) is built for families who want resort living as their daily default.

Across 3,178 sq. ft. of gross area (2,434 sq. ft. plot), the layout gives you a master suite with a walk-in closet, ensuite guest bedrooms with premium wardrobes, and wide, open living and dining spaces that open onto green views. Being a corner unit, you get extra light and privacy that inner-row townhouses in the same cluster don't have. Floor-to-ceiling windows and wide terraces frame the sea view, while a private garden gives you outdoor space that's yours alone. The home is Vastu-compliant and built with smart home systems and sustainable design throughout.

The Damac Islands masterplan is themed around water: an Aqua Dome, a Jungle River, a hot-spring spa, zip-lines over the water, kayaking and paddle-boarding, floating decks, and a wildlife park. For day-to-day family life, there are jogging and cycling tracks, children's play areas, BBQ zones, and a retail and dining precinct within the community.

Location works in your favor too — 10 minutes to Dubai Creek Harbour, 15 to Downtown Dubai, 18 to the airport, and 20 to Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina, with direct access via Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road.
With a limited number of units in this cluster, corner plots like this one tend to move first.

A 2-bedroom apartment with a study large enough to work as a third bedroom — move in with your bags, or hand it straight to a tenant.

This 1,237.95 sq. ft. unit in Adhara Star, Arjan is fully furnished throughout, from the equipped kitchen to the finishes, so there's no setup period for an owner-occupier and no downtime between tenants for an investor. The layout is bright and functional, with a private balcony for morning coffee or evening downtime, and allocated parking included.

Adhara Star is built on Vastu-compliant layouts by ACUBE Developments — a detail that matters directly if you're searching with that alignment in mind, and one that sets this project apart from most of its neighbors. The amenities go well beyond the usual pool-and-gym combo: a rooftop pool, indoor and outdoor gyms, sauna and steam rooms, a Japanese tea garden for a quieter escape, paddle tennis and basketball courts, a jogging track, kids' play area, BBQ and social spaces, plus on-site retail and dining.

Arjan sits inside Dubailand, one of Dubai's fastest-growing residential pockets — close enough to established communities for end-users settling in, and still early enough in its growth curve to hold appeal for investors watching rental demand build.
