About me
The Founder and Director of Artha Realty, a real estate broking firm specializing in Residential Sales & Leasing, Commercial Sales & Leasing, Property Management & Supervision and Investment Sales. He started off his career working with Jones Lang LaSalle in Mumbai and moved to Dubai in 2004 where he worked with a leading real estate broking company. In his role as a Director, he was instrumental in setting up and managing the commercial sales and leasing teams. Subsequently, he joined the largest property developer in the UAE, to oversee the leasing of its commercial portfolio as well as head the operations of its brokerage arm. In early 2013 Niraj decided to challenge himself and co-founded a real estate company and eventually decided to go independent and set up Artha Realty.
Having formed strong business relationships and partnerships with Dubai’s major developers have enabled him to provide clients with a very broad range of UAE based investment opportunities.
