Leasing in residential is my area of expertise, as that involves more interactions with tenants and landlords and gives me opportunity to always be available for my clients needs.
Has wide knowledge in managing and dealing rental properties in Greens, Springs, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Motor City. I have created large network with Landlords, Clients, Investors, Brokers and Developers in Dubai and outside the country in a short period of time (over 3 years since started). Especially in Greens where I have numerous Landlords that have been working with me only.
Assisting clients with their property requirements up till Ejari and DEWA process as well as maintenance services if requested.
I have great number of inventory on hand for short and long term rentals. Also, currently in touch with Damac Properties regarding off plan projects in Dubai.
