About me
With over 20 years of experience in sales and business, and 8 years in real estate — including 5 years in Dubai — Oksana Frolova brings strong commercial expertise, market knowledge and negotiation skills to every transaction.
Oksana has extensive experience across sales, purchases, rentals, resales and investment properties. Today, she focuses on premium residential and waterfront real estate, with particular expertise in Address Beach Resort JBR and selected opportunities across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah.
