About me
Pauline Leale brings over 20 years of experience in Dubai's real estate market. She joined Engel & Völkers in late 2023 to specialise in the luxury segment, focusing on properties valued over 15 million AED. Her expertise in high-end real estate is well established.
Previously, Pauline founded and managed The Elite Collection at Exclusive Links for five years, where she assisted clients with high-end purchases. She also established Sloanes Real Estate Brokers, her second successful UAE based company, which specialises in luxury homes over 10 million AED across five key lifestyle categories.
In 2002, Pauline launched Dubai Luxury Homes, addressing a need for a customer centric approach in high end real estate. Under her leadership, the company expanded to 150 staff and became renowned for its exceptional reputation as a top agent for both clients and developers.
Before relocating to Dubai, Pauline had a successful 14 year career in Private Banking with RBS in Scotland.
