About me
Phil started his U.A.E. career 1999 in being appointed as founding Wealth Management / Private Banking Advisor to the HNW clientele of HSBC, Abu Dhabi. In 2003, Phil was appointed as International Officer (Private Clients Division) by Standard Chartered Bank, Dubai.
In 2004 founded a highly successful boutique real estate brokerage operation specialising in the then emerging Dubai property market, which received many accolades from Dubai’s leading developers, and awarded Best in Marketing for the Middle East. In 2008 the business acquired branding rights for the luxury real estate agency, Fine & Country International, and over 10 years the business became a major contributor within the Dubai property market.
Phil has an implicit understanding of the U.A.E. property market and its application in terms of successful marketing, financial and personnel management, in a fully compliant and regulated manner.
