About me
Born in Brazil and raised in Florida from the age of two, Pier brings an international outlook and a people focused approach to Dubai real estate.
Having lived in Dubai since January 2025, he has built his expertise in the off plan market, helping clients understand not only the property itself, but the wider investment story behind each opportunity. Pier graduated from art school with a degree in photography and digital imaging, giving him a strong eye for detail, presentation and visual storytelling. After university, he moved straight into sales and has spent his career working closely with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through important purchasing decisions. Before entering real estate, he was recognised as a top salesman at Car Giant for three consecutive years, selling over 1,200 cars in a single year.
Now specialising in off plan property, Pier takes a research led and investment minded approach. He focuses on market fundamentals, developer reputation, payment plans, location growth and long term value, ensuring clients feel informed before making a decision. Calm, approachable and never pushy, he believes the best client relationships are built on trust, clarity and honest guidance.
Pier speaks English as his first language and also speaks Italian to a strong level. Outside of work, he is passionate about films and enjoys spending time at the cinema, always appreciating the craft of great storytelling.
